Units need to be:
- Neat and clean- A reliable staff is key to keeping the facility beautiful
- Carefully watched by management in walk through to be sure if someone moves out the management is aware.
- Locked appropriately (See W is for...What are you thinking!)

- 8. Stolen Artwork
- 7. Moths or other insects
- 6. Plants
- 5. Stacks of Cash
